Rusty without Borders

Hey you!

First of all, I know it may be weird for most people who read this post, because this is the first time I am writing in English. Nevertheless, regardless of my fear of being wrong, committing grammar errors or writing in a way that a native speaker would never do, I realized this is an opportunity to improve my writing skills and reach audience all over the world. Just kidding, I'm not really a dreamer. But I noticed that people from many different countries visit this blog in a daily basis. So, why not? I'll give it a shot.

Let me introduce myself:
My name is Natasha Rusty, I am an electrical engineering undergraduate. I am an exchange student at University at Buffalo. I came as part of the Brazil Scientific Mobility Program, previously called Science without Borders (SwB). Actually, I am currently living in Chicago, doing my internship. I am absolutely fascinated about cultural differences and this is one of the reasons why I'm loving this exchange program.

Initially, I created this blog in order to help other Brazilian students who wanted to come to the US. Then it became a place where I share my experiences as a foreigner student. I still write about policies of the program that students have to follow and give them some tips. Although, my idea for now is to focus on my personal experience. I want to make videos of my trips, share what I liked the most of each place, and talk about cultural differences.

If you are reading this post and also think this is a good idea, please leave a comment bellow just to support me. If you have suggestions, they very welcome.
I have a channel on YouTube. If you think that it would be a good idea to have English subtitles, please let me know as well.

I guess this is it. I am really looking forward to hearing from you.
